Who can participate in YPEF Madrid?

The forum is open to global citizens aged 16–45, including students, professionals, and young public servants interested in political economy.

What certifications are provided?

All participants will receive a verified certificate of attendance issued by Spain Business School (SBS) in Madrid.

Is visa support available?

Yes, we provide official invitation letters to assist with Schengen visa applications for all registered delegates.

Can I pay the registration fee in installments?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for the Executive and Full Immersion tiers. You can secure your spot with a deposit and pay the balance in two installments.

Are the sessions conducted in English?

The primary language of the forum is English. However, we have bilingual staff on-site to assist delegates from Spanish-speaking regions.

Are there discounts for group delegations?

Absolutely. We offer a 15% discount for group registrations of 5 or more delegates from the same university or organization.

What networking opportunities are available at Forum?

YPEF offers multiple opportunities for networking, including panel discussions, interactive sessions, and social events. These platforms are designed to facilitate connections among participants, experts, and policy-makers from around the world.

How will the event be conducted?

The YPEF will take place in person at Madrid, Spain. The event will include keynote speeches, workshops, and panel discussions aimed at fostering dialogue and collaboration among attendees.

Is Financial Assistance Or Scholarships Available For Participants?

Yes, YPEF offers financial support, including 10 fully funded slots that cover all forum-related expenses (merchandise, meals, accommodation, travel support and all other perks). Additionally, 15 partially funded slots covering 50% of the participation fee are available. One outstanding participant will be named “Ideal Candidate” and will be welcomed to work with CIPES.

How Can I Apply For Fully Funded Or Partially Funded Opportunities?

During the application process, indicate your interest in receiving funding. Applicants must submit supporting documents that align with the forum’s goals. Funded positions are awarded based on merit and commitment to public development and economic policy.

What Is The Participation Fee For YPEF?

The participation fee for YPEF is $16.99 USD, non-refundable and non-transferable. If you’re not selected for a funded spot or unable to attend as a self-funded participant, you’ll have the option to enroll in our exclusive 8-10 week virtual programs. These programs cover topics like public diplomacy, global identities, and economic relations and are valued at over $300 USD. They provide a rich learning experience, offering insights into various disciplines taught by young scholars.

How does YEF support post-forum engagement?

YPEF has an active alumni network that encourages ongoing collaboration, project initiatives, and participation in future events. Participants will also receive access to resources and opportunities for further professional development.
